6pm.com e-gift card Terms and Conditions

The following are terms and conditions applicable to all 6pm.com Gift Cards. Your purchase or use of a 6pm.com Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Gift Cards; Balance; Redemption.
6pm.com offers only e-Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). 6pm.com Gift Cards are issued by ACI Gift Cards LLC. Your Gift Card balance (“Balance”) displays the total remaining balance of all Gift Cards that have been applied to your 6pm.com account but not yet applied to a purchase. Once a Gift Card is applied to an account, the entire Gift Card amount will be added to that account’s Balance. To view your Balance, visit Your Account on 6pm.com. Purchases are deducted from your 6pm.com Balance. Any unused 6pm.com Balance will remain associated with your 6pm.com account. If a purchase exceeds your 6pm.com Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another permitted payment method. Eligible products are subject to change in our sole discretion. Limitations.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on 6pm.com. Your Balance cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of 6pm.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from 6pm.com; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned or exchanged for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by 6pm.com. No portion of your 6pm.com Balance may be transferred to another 6pm.com account. Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.
Risk of Loss.
6pm.com, ACI Gift Cards LLC and their respective affiliates are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost or stolen, or if your Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Risk of loss and title for e-Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the e-Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. Gift Cards must be obtained from 6pm.com or an authorized third party, and you are responsible for safeguarding your Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use. 6pm is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
Use of Gift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By using a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to 6pm.com, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards (including as a component of your 6pm.com Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an 6pm.com account (or your 6pm.com Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
General Terms.
The 6pm.com Conditions of Use apply, including the limitation of liability and dispute resolution procedures set forth therein. However, these Gift Card Terms and Conditions and the 6pm gift card program are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a Gift Card to your account or your Balance to a purchase. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
Gift Card Expiration & Service Fees.
Your 6pm.com Gift Card or Balance does not expire, and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
