Like many of you, our team is made up of people, who are just trying to navigate a new normal. Here’s what we’re doing to reduce the coronavirus spread, while working hard to continue to provide the best service to our customers, vendors, and employees. Please take a moment to read.

Our Customers—Shipping and Returns

With the spread of COVID-19, online shopping continues to rise dramatically. Fortunately, we’re able to ship normally at this time, however we thank you for your understanding if your order is slightly delayed. For our employees’ safety and yours, we’re taking extra precautions with additional cleaning and sanitation in our fulfillment centers. We’ve also made updates to our Return Policy to provide flexibility during this time. All orders placed starting March 1, 2020 are eligible to be returned for 60 days from the purchase date. Note that you must call or chat in to our Customer Service if past the standard 30-day Returns Window.
