Baby Tula

Born out of necessity, Baby Tula® is a family owned and operated company based in San Diego California. Before starting a family of their own two intrepid travelers set out to see the real South America in all of its glory. One thing they noticed was that women didn’t have the luxury of staying home with their new babies when work needed to be done. Their solution was baby wearing and that scene stuck with Ula and Mike when shortly after they realized their own family was about to grow by one. For their first child they used traditional baby slings and immediately loved the connection they shared with their daughter because of the closeness. When their son was born they couldn’t find exactly what they wanted on the shelves so they decided to have their mother make a sling for them to their exact specifications. It was a hit! They decided to launch Baby Tula® with their own line of blankets, woven wraps, baby carriers, and hip bags. All of their products feature an incredible attention to detail, beautiful designs, and supreme quality. Today, it has become their mission to promote baby wearing worldwide through quality products, education, and community outreach in order to form a more perfect union between caregiver and child.
