Found the perfect jacket that was lightweight but very warm. This Texas girl was visiting her sister in Pennsylvania and experienced the 2016 blizzard. I wore my NF jacket and it was amazing! It kept me dry and warm while out in 2 ft snow. I had snow all over me! The jacket did get wet on outside but I never knew it. My sister was so impressed she ordered this same jacket!

I love my coat. I ordered it in an XXL and it was to big. The exchange process was very easy and didn't cost me a dime more. I will be ordering from here in the future.

My daughter loves the jacket. It is her 2nd; she grew out of the kids Aconcagua and replaced that with this jacket.

This is a nice, warm cozy coat. I wear it with a long sleeve t-shirt underneath and have been quite comfortable down to about 35 degrees. It's not water resistant, though, so if you're wearing it in a cold rain you're going to get soaked pretty quickly. I wish it had a hood; that is the one other thing I'd add to it to make it more comfortable in a cold wind. The metallic silver color is a pretty, soft silver that is not super shiny, which I like. Length-wise, it hits me at mid-hip, which gives more protection from the cold than a short jacket but not so much that you feel encumbered when walking in it. If temperatures in St. Louis were consistently below freezing I'd want a parka length coat, but this length is fine for this climate.

I have owned many North Face jackets and have never had an issue. In fact, I have a collection of jackets because they continue to hold up even after being 6 years old. I wash my jackets often and it always keeps it's shape. A This color is fabulous! It does seem to be a little darker than the photo, but still a great shade, I was!
