    Are the shipping time-frames listed on your website guaranteed?

    Yes. 6pm.com strives to fulfill all of the orders that we process within the quoted time-frames. 6pm gladly stands behind the quoted delivery time-frames, associated with each of the shipping types that we offer.

    *6pm.com accepts no responsibility for packages that do not arrive within a stated time-frame, due to extreme weather conditions or a force majeure*

    Can I expedite my shipping?

    A:

    The following shipping options are available when you check out.


    • Standard Shipping (delivery within 5-10 business days): Free
    • 2-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $15 per order*
    • 1-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $25 per order*

    *Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00PM PST in order to ship out the same day they are placed. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation (fragrances, nail polish, etc).

    Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    A:

    Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.*

    *Please Note: At this time we cannot ship items considered a hazardous material by the Department of Transportation due to the alcohol content (fragrances, nail polish, etc.) to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico).

    For standard shipping, please allow up to 72 hours for processing. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

    Please allow additional time for shipments to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).

    What shipping methods do you use?

    A:

    Your order may ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the type of address it is being shipped to and the time it leaves our warehouse. Once you place your order, our system will automatically choose the courier and method that will allow us to get your package to you most expediently. Orders to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes must be shipped USPS. For all other orders, we are unable to guarantee any specific courier.
