How do I return my order?
- A:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply log into your account, click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return, and then click the "Proceed to Return Process" link located at the bottom of the page. (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 30 day range.) Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is received at our warehouse we will refund the amount paid, minus the original $6.95 shipping fee, back to the original method of payment.
Please keep in mind, it may take up to seven days for your return to be received by our warehouse. Your return will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. - Return to Top

Do you process exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order for a full refund, minus the original $6.95 shipping fee.
