Wow, this suit is so incredibly flattering and comfortable that it was a joy to try on (in comparison to the horror of trying on some others). And it is so nice to be able to comparison shop in the privacy of your own home. I tried a bunch of suits from Zappos before I simply could not send this one back. Thanks to Zappos for making swimsuit purchases so painless! I have to agree with the other review in every respect, and she and I are about the same size, although I am a bit shorter, and that made a difference. I originally ordered the 12 (going by my size in Miraclesuits), and it was too long and the bust gapped at the sides. Also, the fabric in the seat was pretty redundant. So I tried the 10, and it was perfect. No gaps and the length was much better. The styling of this suit is so flattering: the ruffles extend up around the halter neck, and it frames your bust and face in a really nice way. The ruffles also help camouflage any tummy bulges. The ruching is helpful too for hiding bulges. The rear coverage is enough so that your rear is not hanging out, but the legs are cut higher in front (not too high) so that your legs look longer and the suit is less matronly. It's definitely not matronly, which was a problem with some of the Miraclesuits I tried. The bra is a great fit with an underwire and very light padding. And the halter tie makes it feel very secure and not like you are about to fall out of it. There is a bit of cleavage showing but not enough to offend anyone. Just enough to look nice. The only down side is the price. But I really do think that feeling better about the way you look in a swimsuit is hard enough, but this suit will have you ready to walk out of the dressing room without fear. The Spanx suits seem to run a bit bigger than Miraclesuits. I wear a 12 in Miraclesuits and a 10 in Spanx. Also, I think the Miraclesuits hold you in a bit better. But there was no contest in the flattery department. I am going with the Spanx.

Style inappropriate for anyone with a tummy. The ruffle sticks out and adds to the problem.

This is a great suit for tummy conscious people. The ruffle I felt covered my top area nicely. It also has a nice lifting/push up effect with small pads. The only thing I didn't like was that the ruffle goes all the way down the middle of the suit. So from the side it could maybe make you look larger? The tummy control is awesome much tighter than other suits - Calvin Klein and Tommy Bahama. After having a baby Spanx has been my best friend so I was excited to see they started making bathing suits.

This suit is super cute and so very flattering. It really hide tummy imperfections and as one other reviewer said, is a nice break from all the black swimsuits. I will, however, be returning it because it's too small in the bust for me. I don't recommend it for someone with a larger chest (I'm a 34D or 34DD) because you tend to spill out of the sides. Spanx does really nice work with their suits though. I ended up with a different Spanx suit.
