Cheap. Wore once and the thin, papery covering on the toe peeled off. The toe looks like it is a metallic leather -- it is not. It is a thin, fragile covering.

This is a great looking shoe, but the toe box is way too narrow, possibly short as well. My two smallest toes were curled under when I tried it on. I am not sure that going up a size would have been a solution as the toe box cuts in at a pretty drastic angle. Adding length up to a full size might have helped that problem, but it would have been too big every where else at that point. Too bad, cause it really is a sexy little shoe.

Love this shoe. Looks great, didn't get any blisters at all, not even the first time I wore them. If I were to make any kind of comment would be that this isn't a shoe for anyone who has a wide foot, simply based on how tight they were at the toe. Other than that, perfection!

Love them! I originally ordered my normal high heel size, 6.5. However, I quickly found out that these shoes are a bit smaller (and yes, a little narrower) than normal sizing, and trying to fit my foot into a size 6.5 made me feel like one of Cinderella's stepsisters trying on the glass slipper! I was disappointed, but thought maybe the next size up might work. I was right! I just got the size 7s today and immediately tried them on... now it's a better fit! It's still not an easy shoe to put on because of the narrow upper opening, but there's more room inside the shoe, and it's surprisingly comfortable for a pump; I don't think I'd have any problem wearing them around the office all day. I gave them 4 stars for comfort because they are more comfortable than most of the pumps I own, but they're still a dress shoe (I mean, come on, how many women would choose to wear high heels over sneakers or flip flops if style weren't an issue?). And the style of this shoe is just beautiful -- I can't wait to wear them with a skirt! My recommendations: 1.) Buy the next half-size larger than you'd normally wear. Seriously, not kidding -- it's a close-fitting shoe, and unlike most pumps, it has a smaller opening for the foot to slide into. Your normal pump size will probably be too small. 2.) Wear with pantyhose or tights. Putting on the shoes without hose is doable, but not easy! I love how fast Zappos is! From the day I ordered the first pair, returned them, ordered the next size, and finally received the replacement, it's been exactly one week.

I LOVE this shoe, and I've never worn any shoe larger than a 7, in some brands I wear a 6. But I should have listened to the reviews! I need to return these for a 7.5. Listen and order a half size up!

I just loved this shoe. I have high arch, but my normal size 8.5 was just too tight around the top and the arch seemed too high. I returned them for a size 9, but the fit was still a little tight and the arch too high. I'm sure I could have made the 9 work if it weren't for arch, event though it had the support.
