Loved the bag; however, like in the video it shows the girl having trouble opening the front zipper, when I received mine not only did I have trouble mine didn't even move a hair didn't open at all, kind of had to laugh a little because before I got it when I got home, I showed my friend at work cause I loved it so much and wanted her to see, and she also noticed in the girl struggling with the zipper in the video she chuckled, and said "re-shoot" (maybe they will). Who knew that the one she had was better than mine - at least hers moved. I can even express how upset I was cause I loved this bag so much, but as always Zappos goes out of their way to make a customer happy. That's why I keep coming back. Maybe it's just this lot of bags who knows. Maybe the next lot will be better.
