I have several Fidji shoes. I love these too. Originally I bought this pair thinking they were solid black and they are not. They have a steel/black weathered look to them. When I saw them, I was a little surprised, but I loved the look and kept them because they are different than just plain black, etc. I like these for a fall-to-winter shoe as they cover more of the foot yet still look stylish. You can wear with slacks or jeans and very versatile. I walk everywhere and shoes have to be comfortable - out of the box these are comfortable. I wear a 7.5 and bought the 38 and fit fine. Also, I tend to have a medium to slightly wide foot and no problems here. Great shoe, definitely recommend buying. As for arch support. I have high arches, no shoe (except perhaps an athletic shoe) is ever going to get an excellent arch support rating from me but that is just my feet. These are comfortable for me to walk in, enough said.

Great shoes, I was able to put them on and wear them all day without any discomfort. They look amazing and very different from the run of the mill shoe that most ladies wear on a day to day basis and they look great with skirts or pants.

I love these shoes and all the Fidjis I own (currently 9 pair). They are awesome. Wish they would release more often new styles. These are great with pants and skirts. Fit was the same as all the others. I always wear 38 and these were just like the rest on size.

Great shoe, very comfortable, but alas I am returning it: it is a lot more gray than anticipated.

Nice dress shoe. I usually have a tough time with heels but can wear these comfortably for more than an hour or 2.
