I was very satisfied. I couldn't believe how efficient the purchase was; I was promised next delivery and the items were at my door at about 6pm the next day. When we discovered one of the pairs of shoes were the wrong size (our fault) an exchange was made with the same efficiency. The person taking my order was very professional and customer service was as important as the sale Because of her approach, every time I go to a retailer, I look for that same type of service. Sadly, most retailers don't offer any type of program whereby they teach the art (and it is an art) of customer service.
