I wore this for the first time running last week and I have to say it kept me very cool. I overheat easily so I tend to wear very lightweight clothing when I run. This tank is a bit heavier than my norm but the fabric is very breathable since it is Dri-FIT. Although I run inside mostly, the small pocket on the back of tank could come in handy for outdoor running during the summer. I ordered the blue color and it definitely did not disappoint. Also seems true to size, I am 5'3, 125 lbs, 34C and the small fit me perfectly. I will definitely be ordering this in more colors.
