It was love at first sight. Color was perfect. Style was Perfect. But when I tried them on, I thought the narrow front felt like they were made for a 2-toed sloth. I briefly regretted ignoring the reviews about their narrowness. But it turns out I didn't see the plastic forms that were still insert in the boot. Once I took them out, the fit was perfect. These boots are perfect (I wonder if the insert was the cause for other narrowness complaints). Anyway, I am very happy with this boot.

Love! Before these little boots entered my life, I basically wore sneakers year long. I live in NYC and walk a lot, and I'm able to wear these all day without my feet feeling sore. Now I wear them all the time. My feet are slightly wide, so I stretched a little them first (lined with plastic
bags, filled with water and froze) and that seemed to do the trick.

Boots: These boots are well-made, the suede is quality. Only wish the shoe
sole was a bit more padded but, that's nothing an additional shoe pad wouldn't fix. Still giving it a 5 star. Service: Zappos is superb, like always. =)

I love these booties. They have a worn look on purpose. The toe & heel looked a bit darker & worn to give it an aged look. The color is very neutral, so it goes with browns & blacks. It's like a stone/taupe color. I like that it is a very low shaft boot, I was able to wear it all day the 1st day I wore it. I have gotten compliments every time I wear this boot. I have worn them 3 times so far. They run true to size. I wear an 8 1/2. I feel my foot is a bit narrow in the heel, but since I have long toes, I need room in the toe box, & these boots fit me comfortable with a little room to spare, so I feel they are an average size 8 1/2.

These felt very true to size. I thought the toe box was a little tight when I first put them on, but it only took a couple wears to break them in and now they feel great! The leather has also softened a lot after wearing a few times. The style is perfect to wear with dark skinny jeans. I've even worn these in the rain with no issues.

I love these boots! I wore them for 10 hours straight the first time wearing them and didn't get any blisters or aches. Very comfortable and cute. I can wear them with skinny jeans or flared pants.

The
shoes are so beautiful! I ordered the last pair of size 7, but they are too tight for me at the front part. I think the 7.5 will has a perfect width, but they definitely will be to long for me as I usually wear 6.5 or 7. I hate that I have to return them.

Nice boot, clean lines. Arrived with right toe slightly scuffed so will be returning. Also, seems to run somewhat large as I am 7 medium, ordered 7 M which was a little long and definitely wide in the heel. A bit narrow across the base of the toes, in addition.

I loved the faded color and worn look of the smog boot. I noticed that my foot hurt after wearing the shoe all day due to the hard soles, but it was quickly fixed by inserting a thin insole. The insole gave me the perfect amount of cushion and made the shoe fit better.
