I actually thought these boots didn't look too terribly cheap, considering they are. Some fake leather looks really really fake and plastic-y. This could pass for leather, at least the black ones. The brown ones do look pretty bad in the picture. They are made of thin material, so not great for very cold days. They are also true to size, whereas a lot of boots give you room for thick socks, these don't. So you can wear with tights or thin socks and not have to size down. But if you want thick socks in the winter, you should size up 1/2 size at least. They are cute cheap boots to add to my way too big collection of boots.

These boots are terrible. Cheap and look even cheaper. Sometimes fake leather looks decent, but not these. Save your money.

I ordered these boots yesterday and got them today -- so happy about that! Zappos has great customer service and extremely great prices. These boots are so cute and they fit great. Very true to size and they look just like what was pictured. I bought the stone color and they are dark grey but also kind of brown looking. Love them!

I just ordered these boots and received them the next day...without asking for overnight. It was amazing! As far as the boots go, they are great! The outside feels as close to leather as fake leather can be. I do not think they look cheap at all, I think they are a wonderful boot for the price. The only thing I will add is that they felt a little tight when first putting them on. As I'm wearing them, they are becoming more giving. The top part of the boot is form fitting...meaning it may be a little tough to close if you are trying to stuff a big bottom jean in there. I wear them with straight leg jeans and tights with no problem. I love these boots! I've been searching for a pair of black zip up boots for a long time. Great buy!

Love these boots! I had trouble finding boots that were a good calf width but these are perfect. The calf is not too wide nor is it too skinny. They are durable and comfortable and don't even need to be broken in. The shipping was fast as well. These boots are a good choice.

I was looking for a pair of rider boots. I ordered these and am very happy with them. Not only are they comfortable, but they match everything I wear. The size fit perfectly. I would recommend these boots.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable. Only thing to note is that they have a "dull" leather appearance vs any sheen. I expected them to have a little sheen.

I've been wearing these boots daily for about a month. I live in Seattle and these boots are incredibly comfortable,
keep my feet dry, and are stylish all at the same time. I'm extremely pleased!
