I love my Franco Sarto Clint boots! I just took them out of the box and they fit and look perfect! I wear an 8 1/2 and sometimes boots come a bit larger if I order my regular shoe size, but these boots fit like a glove from toe to calf! If you need more wiggle room for thick socks, or have a bigger than "normal" calf, I would definitely look into a half size bigger and the wide-shaft option. I am 5'8/135 lbs and athletic; if my calf were slightly bigger, I could not have been able to zip them up over my calves with skinny jeans on. I spent weeks trying to find the perfect boot and these are them! I absolutely couldn't be happier. I was torn between these and a pair of Steve Madden boots that were similar, but due to the negative reviews regarding lack of support and thin, cheap-looking leather, I went with Franco Sarto. So happy I did! And thank you to Zappos for getting them to me over night! As well as the reviews that were written prior to mine, they really helped.

Ordered my regular size (8) - couldn't zip the boot up the whole way. Called customer service to exchange, and I got the new size the next day! Ordered them in the wide shaft a half size larger, and they're nearly perfect. Wide shaft is just the smallest bit too big around for me, but I'll deal. Other than that, have no complaints - love the color, the classic style, and they're comfortable! Zappos customer service is a pleasure to work with!

Excellent alternative to high heeled dress boots for the price. I wanted a pair to be comfortable at work all day and walking 1/2 mile to and from work, and I don't wear anything with much of a heel. I didn't have a huge budget, but the other riding boots in this price range all looked like black galoshes (I think due to a very wide ankle). These boots are pretty fitted at the ankle so look much dressier. I did measure my calf circumference while standing, and it was 14.5 inches. The 15 inch calf fits snugly but not too tight. I wear it with tights and skirts or dresses, but if I wore skinny jeans I think they would fit. I usually wear 8 or 8.5, and these fit well in 8.5. I usually wear a warmer pair of socks over my tights for my hike to work. They sometimes pinch a tiny bit in the right toe but overall are really amazingly comfortable.

I bought these boots for my girlfriend for Christmas. She absolutely loves them! They are true to her size, fit perfect around her leg and so far she say that they are comfortable. I gave them to her as an early Christmas present at the beginning of December. Sometimes I think she loves them more than me!

Awesome boots at a great price. They are really beautiful. I had excellent customer service with Zappos. They are extremely responsive and very polite CS reps.

This is the third of fourth pair of see kai run shoes I have bought for my daughter. In general I have nothing but positive things to say for this brand, however, this particular shoe in silver did not stand up to average wear and tear of a toddler. After the first time she wore the shoes the silver began to scuff off. Now, several months later all the silver is scuffed off the toes of the shoes and they look pretty beat up. Although my daughter loves the shoes, and they are very comfortable on her, so I will definitely be buying another pair, I would have hoped that at this price point they would hold up a bit better. I will be stearing clear of metallic colored see kai run shoes down the road.

This is an adorable shoe but I don't think my two year old's feet are particularly chubby and the shoe dug into the top of her foot. The length and width seemed accurate but as soon as I tried the shoe on her, it was digging into her foot on the top near her toes...the instep I guess. Not even worth trying to break in as it would certainly cause blisters.
