Born "Gail" shoes are awesome, very comfortable and so far well made. I recommend Born shoes and will be looking for another pair for my collection. Shipment was fast! Very happy with Zappos!

It's just like it looks in the picture Comfortable, nice. Looks nice with jeans, and looks well with dress pants for work too. Real comfortable.

I love the shoes very much. Although they are a pair of official shoes, they are very comfortable. Even though they are high heels, the arches are very good. I wore the whole day without any pain. The leather is very very soft too. The shoe is my best favorite.

These are super cute with jeans or office wear. The heels are fully 3", and the front is well padded. They have better arch support than several other brands that I tried. I am not used to wearing heels in general, but these are pretty comfortable for heels. Do not expect them to be like wearing sneakers, as they are not that comfortable, but they are vastly better than stilettos. I would buy them again.

I love these shoes. I have never been unhappy with any Born shoes I have purchased and these are no exception. They were a little snug when I first wore them but just like any leather shoe they stretch out to fit my foot perfectly.

I cannot wear high shoes because my feet are like delicate flowers, but these give me a professional look, a little height, and are super comfy! Love them! I have them in black and similar ones by Born in brown.

I returned these shoes only because they was so similar to another pair that I purchased. It was a very close tie with Clark's Indigo Town Green. The Clarks won only because of slightly crisper styling. The shoes did feel a little long for my normally 10M feet and if I had kept them I would have added a heel protector and maybe a ball pad to improve the fit.

I love this shoe! Comfy! The heel is much higher than I anticipated, however, and despite the stability of the shoe (with the nice, wide heel), it is not a shoe that goes the distance for me. (Going the distance equals dropping the kids off at school, going to work, running errands and picking the kids up after school and lots of walking.) It's a once-a-week shoe for days that I will be basically bound to my desk, which is a bummer for a shoe I thought would be super practical.

These were odd. The cushioning for the ball of the foot and footbed overall is excellent. I was surprised at how good they felt, given that these are higher heels than I am really comfortable in. However, the band across the instep (where the penny would go) is very tight, painfully so. I have high arches, which might be part of the problem. Too bad, because as I said, the footbed was very cushy and the shoes feel very stable and supportive, and they are really cute.
