This is such a cute shoe - can't believe I have to return it because it's too narrow. I have never had to return because a shoe was too narrow - always too wide.

Cute, sexy, comfy sandals. Perfect heel to elongate the leg but stay all day comfortable. Super cute with shorts. A little snug in the front strap but too cute not to keep.

This shoes are like walking on air. I ordered a 6M. Very stylish look. Heel high perfect. With that said. They do run a tad to short, on the toes side. Toes hang over a hair when standing, sitting looks fine. So I don't think saying a half size smaller is accurate. I have bunions and felt that the width was slightly narrow for being a "wide" fit in the toe box, the rest of the shoe does taper toward the heel. Which is perfect for me I have a narrow heel. So if you have a wide foot overall, yes these are too narrow. The heel has the woven look but it's not woven, (it's one piece Plastic). Looks fine in Black, but I would be skeptical to order in another color for fear of looking cheap. Over all they are going back, because I have a very similar style shoe, but I will re order a Soft Walk shoe again for it's cushioning insole.

Thank goodness I found these shoes for my son's recent wedding! I wear a wide width so was worried I would not be able to find silver shoes. I could wear these for ten hours straight! They were perfect in looks, fit and comfort. The heel height was perfect for a 67 year old mother who has not worn heels in ages. Zappos has the best customer service and shipping policies. After trying and returning several shoes for my son's garden wedding, the SoftWalk San Pablo's arrived and they were perfect. Earlier in the summer I fractured my foot so I needed a stable and comfortable shoe that wouldn't roll or twist my ankle. Perfect. I do wish there were a way to adjust the straps as they are a bit loose on me, although this didn't negatively affect the overall fit. Zappos provides amazing service and I will buy their shoes again!
