I loved these boots when I saw them online, so much so that I ignored what reviewers wrote about sizing. I ordered them in my regular 8.5 thinking nothing of it. I just got them today, tried them on, and lo and behold they are too big. The tops are wide, and the boot is long, so I'm able to walk right out of them with each step. However, I love them, so they're being sent back today and getting exchanged for an 8. Also, as a side note, the black color advertised in the picture isn't very true to the actual product. Mine looks more dark grey then black, even though they're stamped as black. Not a huge deal, but a slight letdown.

Very cute, a little too tight, but put stretchers in and now they're comfortable. I do have a wide foot, so I bought stretchers for that reason. The smell that came out of the box when first opened was really strong, but that dissipated quickly.

This is the first time I have purchased a pair of shoes without trying them on first. I was nervous, but had purchased Naturalizer shoes in the store so was pretty sure of the size. The shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I have worn them several times. I will order shoes online again as I have a narrow foot and can't find that width in most stores.

Very happy with this shoe. Have only worn it in the house a few minutes, but I can tell it will be just fine.
