Nice shoes - fit well. Not real leather - I knew that when I ordered. Good color of brown - not too light - not too dark. Good for my wide feet (ordered wide). Love the Zappos customer service and complimentary shipping and returns! Will definitely use again.

I have an extra wide foot & the shoes felt nice in width, even with the 2.5 inch heel height (I usually don't go higher than 1.5 inches for heels). The problem was my foot slipped out of the heel as I walked, so I had to return them. There was too much space between the back of my foot and the back of the shoe. The shoes seemed at least a half size larger than marked.

It's not the prettiest shoe out there. There's no toe cleavage, which I personally prefer, but the heel is uncomfortable. You can feel that attachment dig into your heel. The width is great for me, and I have wide feet. Too bad it's not better looking and the heel is uncomfortable.
