I had been looking for a golden tan pair of boots for several months, and these are exactly what I hoped to find: not too big in the heel, not too small in the toe, and absolutely beautiful with the suede shoe and aged-looking shaft. I had previously tried similar boots by
Justin (my usual go-to boot brand) and
Laredo, but those brands disappointed with bad fits. And, once again, Zappos was amazing! I ordered the boots early one morning and received them the next day. Wow!

So pleased with this purchase! These boots are beautiful. A traditional western feel with a modern touch. And they're comfortable, too. I wore them for the first time all day at work with no issues or discomfort. Based on other reviews, I had intended on ordering a half-size down, but took too long to pull the trigger so I ended up buying in my usual size (8), knowing they'd probably be a little too big. When I tried them on, I easily found them to be a whole-size too big. Thankfully, size 7 was still in stock, ordered those, got them the next day, and they fit perfectly.

These boots are very well made and were comfortable from the first wearing. They are sleek and, while giving the impression of being very narrow, are more than wide enough for an average width foot. One note of caution: if you live where you may encounter icy conditions, the nice smooth leather
sole may cause you to go flying...it already happened to me in NY!

Living in Texas you'd think the perfect Cowboy boot would be easy to find... well, not for me. Many boots I can't even get my foot into (high instep). After numerous trips boot shopping I tried Zappos. Maybe the suede helps but this is the most comfortable boot I have ever tried. The width is good for my B to C width foot and they are gorgeous. I like them so much I also bought them in Beige (unlike the black which are all suede the tops of these are leather, the bottom is suede).

These boots are gorgeous! I actually needed them to wear with a skirt for my stepdaughter's wedding. When I opened the box (I was nervous because I had already had to send some back, not Zappos) I was blown away. These boots were just what I pictured. They were perfect. The size was spot on. I have a wide foot so bear that in mind. I danced all night and no blisters...very comfortable. I definitely recommend them!

I just received these boots today and had to send them back because they run a half size larger. They are an attractive boot. I have a
Lucchese that I bought from Zappos several years ago and, however, these are no
Lucchese, I would say they are a close second. They are made in Mexico, but so are my
Old Gringo mules and they are fabulous. I where cowboy boots on a regular basis in the winter months because they are so comfortable and good lookin'.

Super cute boots! Love the black suede. The boots felt about a 1/2 size large and slipped quite a bit. The heel height was a little higher than I like or maybe it was the shape of the heel that made it feel strange. Wish they would have been perfect for me.
