I had to return these. There was no cushion that I could detect and little to no arch support. The color shown is very accurate. This is a really cute boot and wish it had been better made in the foot comfort department. The collar when zipped all the way cut into my instep a bit as I walked. For those who might be looking for something similar, the ones named Gabriella Rocha Vica 1 is almost identical in the sole and heel make, with a bit more ankle room than the Christin Jassie.

Looks more stylish in the picture. Very ho-hum when I'm actually wearing them.

I really love the style of these shoes! So cute with both wide and skinny jeans and dress pants. Unfortunately, there was something weird about the fit...they were very painful in the heel after only a few minutes of wear. Like a ridge was poking up. I knew I'd never be able to wear them walking around very much or all day at work. Had to send back and now looking for something similar.

I bought these in my normal size and they feel great! I really like the rubber sole and the height. I can see how other reviewers said they were uncomfortable. I work in an office, not on my feet all day, so they were great. The matte finish doesn't lend itself to very dressy outfits...but great with jeans and casual pants.

Love these. I purchased them for a wedding and they looked great with my dress pants and with jeans.

These are very cute, comfy, nice and plain/conservative. They are not to high of heel and the heel is big around so they're sturdy. They're fake leather but are really good quality. They don't look terribly fake like some fake leather items. You really have to handle, squeeze, bend, and smell them to tell they're not leather.

Love, love, love! My new favorite boots! They are a little roomier than expected, but they still work great. And can fit a pair of light socks in case it's chilly. If you usually fit into a size or size + 1/2, go for the size without the 1/2. :)

True to size and incredibly comfortable. First time I wore them for 12 hours straight while mostly standing and had NO problems at all. These look great with skirts and jeans alike. I love them so much I'm buying the brown and black ones as well!

This is a very comfortable and stylish boot that you can where for almost any occasion. Great under jeans and you can wear socks underneath without making it difficult to zipper.

These are awesome! I got them for work, I'm on my feet all day in a grocery store. They are much more comfortable than the tennis shoes I had previously and definitely a step up from previous Doc's I've owned as far as comfort. I think they strike the perfect balance of durability, comfort, and style for anyone who wants to look sharp in a job that can be physical at times.

This is my second pair of Docs. The first pair are workboots. My 10 year old black dress shoes started to have leather separation anxiety, so I bought this Andre oxford, very nice.

I've had these shoes for about two to three weeks now, so they've had time to break in. Or maybe my feet have broken into them; I'm not sure. As previous reviewers have said, the toe area comes up a little bit short, making my toes feel a little cramped in the shoe. The leather is beginning to stretch slightly, which has made the shoes somewhat more comfortable. I got mine in brown and the leather is not quite as textured as in the picture. Other than that, I think they look really nice for work and they are tolerably comfortable as long as I don't wear them for more than 8 hours at a time.

The upper did not look anywhere near as nice as it does in the picture. The toe box seems to curve inward so that while size 9s in other brands feel good, this one feels too small (almost a size too small) and very uncomfortable. Not the least bit impressive.
