Ordered this shoe the first time--normal size. Discovered best to go 1/2 size up. Otherwise really great comfy shoe. Goes with everything! Zappos handled the return beautifully. Had my new
shoes before the weekend.

This is a beautiful shoe! The size 9, which is what I normally wear, was a bit too loose, but the toe is snug enough that I was afraid to exchange them for an 8.5. I put a little thing in the heel to
keep them from slipping and they're perfect! The kitten heel is feminine and sexy. Love them!

Shoes that I first ordered had a small mark on the right toe. Returned these and promptly received a replacement pair. Love these

shoes are cute and fairly comfy with a low heel. My issue came during the fifth time I wore them to the office the heel folded under and I
almost fell. I am happy I was in an office on carpet and not on a sidewalk. Zappos is replacing them and I am hoping I just had a bum pair.

The patent material wrinkles a bit in places, but other than that, these are great! Just enough heel to look elegant without making it uncomfortable to walk or stand.

This is a really comfortable shoe with the perfect heel height but my foot is fairly wide and looks monstrous in this shoe. For slender feet, it would be perfect.

Love the low heel on these
shoes. Classy without killing my feet! They seem to be wearing pretty quickly, but for the price, they are well worth it.

Super chic pump for the office. Nice low heel for all day wear. Length allows for feet to slip forward a little when walking. Will probably put in some extra support for daily wear.

I discovered this shoe just by surfing around on Zappos website. I can only wear a 2 inch heel to school (teacher on her feet all day). I took a chance and these are good
shoes. Not exceptional, but good, everyday wearing
shoes.
