I gave these as a gift to my mother. She loves them. She wanted a "go-to" shoe with a bit of heel that she would not break her neck in! They do run a little large, so I had to exchange for a half size down. The return/exchange process was the easiest I've ever dealt with! Yay! Zappos!

Very comfortable
shoes. Uppers are stretchy fabric and soles are heavenly soft .
Can wear the shoe all day without any discomfort..

This shoe was extremely attractive; however, it was very much too small as I could not get my 12W foot into it at all. Unfortunately, I had to send it back.

These
shoes are just a little wide in the heel for my 8N foot. In addition, they have very little support in the footbed, and my feet hurt too much to wear any kind of heel with no support.

Sorry, but these
shoes killed my feet. One wear and I'm tossing them. This is the second time I have had a problem with
Naturalizer. Don't know what has happened to their sizing, but it's not good.
