Really liked, was a very cute shoe; however, I had to return because it was about a 1/2 size too short and then to my dismay was not available in a 10 1/2 N.

I can finally wear flats! I have very wide feet with high arches and have never been able to wear flat shoes other than tennis shoes. These shoes are fashionable and comfortable! Thank you for making double wide shoes that do not look like I should be 98 years old!

This is an adorable shoe and I am disappointed but it is too wide for my feet. I tried a thin insert but it still gapes open at the side when I walk.

Adorable shoe and I had high hopes for it, based on other reviews. Ordered a WW and, though the body of the shoe was wide enough, the sole was too narrow and the widest part of my foot extended beyond the edges of the sole. The back of the shoe is stiff and sits a bit higher than others I own, and it cut into the back of my ankle when walking. Would love to find a similar pair with a better fit, these are going back.

Fantastic shoe! I wear 8.5 in some shoes and 9 in others. I ordered these in 9, and they fit perfect. If you think the toe box is tight, make sure all the cardboard liners are out before giving up on them. There was a very thin piece of cardboard stuck in my pair that took a while to dislodge.

Excellent shoe. Comfortable, classy, great with slacks or a knee-length dress. I did have to stretch the toe a little bit.

These heels are perfectly gorgeous and comfortable! Based on some of the reviews, I was really worried that the toe box would be super-cramped, but it was only a tiny bit tight on the toes of my bigger left foot -- nothing like what I was worried about. (I recently got a pair of Pour La Victoire Irina pumps, and those -- while mind-blowingly gorgeous -- really do have a cramped toe box and are nearly impossible to walk in. These heels by Sofft are nothing like that sort of discomfort, while still being pretty sexy and maintaining that platform look!) These Ramona heels just need a teensy bit of breaking in. To help that process along, for the past few hours I've stretched the toe box of the left shoe ever so slightly with a high-heel stretcher (a great investment, by the way -- make sure you get the ones specifically for high heels, not flats if you in fact want to stretch a high heel), and it's already made the shoes fit like a dream. I could probably have done the same thing by just wearing them around the house -- they were only slightly tight, not impossibly so. The main picture here doesn't do them justice; they really are a hot-looking pair of high heels, but they don't feel at all as high as they look. I've had two ankle surgeries after shattering my right ankle, and it's difficult for me to wear high heels in general for any length of time, but these are no problem; I plan to wear them to a wedding in October, and I'm not at all worried about having them on all day long. I generally wear a 10.5 to 11, and I got a size 11. My heel slips out of the back of the right shoe a tiny bit (it's my smaller foot), but that's easily fixable with a heel insert. Oh, I was also worried that the black wooden stacked heel would look tacky since it wasn't covered in patent leather, but it doesn't. To get a better idea of what the shoe looks like, make sure you watch the video that is available under "Larger Image and Additional Views." The thicker heel gives them a kind of retro-glam feel (and some added stability), which I love, but they are still thin enough to look young and hot, which is hard to find in a size 11. They are also not too high - I am already a tall girl, and some heels (like the aforementioned PLV's) make me positively Amazonian. These are just a nice little boost. The cherry on top of it all is that I ordered these shoes at 7:30pm yesterday, and I received them this afternoon! These shoes are worth every penny: buy them! Amazing shoes; amazing service.

I started with a 6.5, then a 7 and then a 7.5. The first two were too small and the 7.5 too big. This is pretty embarrassing but I will confess anyway to save the next person from the same mistake I made. There are small cardboard inserts in the toe of these shoes. You can see them because they are same color as the inside of the shoe. You have to work to remove them - I honestly thought they were part of the shoe and thought I had a defective pair with a loose part. Anyway, please remove those cardboard pieces, but still order a half size larger. Too bad I returned the size 7s already because they would have fit me. Oh well, live and learn. These ARE really nice shoes!

I bought this shoe both in the black and red and am generally pleased with them. I have bad feet and consider myself stylish, so finding heels that are both attractive and comfortable is quite a challenge; these shoes definitely fit the bill! Thus far, my only issue with the shoes is that the toe box to be a bit snug for me, so I am going to attempt to stretch that area.

I've had other Sofft shoes that I loved, but these felt a full size smaller than marked. Sadly I have to send them back.

You will not be sorry for purchasing these beautiful and comfortable shoes! I work for a major airline at the airport where I am on my feet for 6-10 hours!! I also have flat feet, hammertoes, bunions. . but these are absolutely comfortable, and fit like a lambskin pair of gloves on your feet! Once I discovered the Sofft brand, I never buy any other brand for my feet (with the exception of sneakers). I love that they add flair and elegance to our uniforms, plus giving me a little more height and make my legs look more toned!

Uh-may-zing. I have big, gawky, awful size 11 feet with a couple hammer toes and flat feet. Despite all that, these shoes were like walking on pillows!! I wandered around my apartment for what seemed like all night in them, cause I didn't believe they could be so comfy. Two snaps up, with a twist!

I hate returning shoes to Zappos. I had high hopes for these as I love some Sofft sandals I have. But let me tell you, a soft insole does not alone make comfort make. The toebox on these shoes is incredibly small - at least an inch narrower than the actual front part of my foot. (I'm a size 8, normal width.) I don't care how soft the insole is if my toes are getting deformed by crunching them into the shoe, it's not comfortable. The heel height was good. They looked taller than they were because of the platform. (Combined with the patent leather might have been pushing it a bit for a conservative office.) Getting an 8.5 wouldn't have helped because I could already feel a little bit of slippage in the heel. Also, patent doesn't stretch well so that wouldn't have helped my issue. I had high hopes for these. Alas, back they go.
