I ordered a size 8WW. Width is perfect, support is decent for a flat, but length is a bit too long and heel should be a bit narrower. I had to get heel inserts put in to prevent the back of my foot from slipping out with each step, and I had to stuff a small bit of cotton up in the toes to prevent my feet from sliding forward and having my big toe ram into the front of the shoe. I don't think exchanging for a 7.5 would have helped the heel situation, so I made do. At least they were more comfortable than painful high heels. Still searching for a dressy wide, comfortable low heel or flat shoe that doesn't look frumpy or dumpy. This was sort of a start, but not really. If only shoe designers would realize the tremendous demand for this from baby boomers, they'd make a fortune!

These are absolutely adorable, but unfortunately didn't fit. I wear a 6.5 or 7, usually a W. These weren't available in 6.5 in a W, so I decided to take a risk and try the M, but they are just too narrow for me.

This is the most comfortable pair of flats I've ever tried. I hadn't been able to wear flats in years because my feet had gotten wider and I find I now need at least some arch support. The arch support in this shoe is moderate, much better than most flats. The wide is a perfect fit, and they are cute! Finally, cute
shoes for someone with a larger foot.

Here's what's wrong with this shoe: it only comes in two colors! Need more. At my age (will not reveal) comfort is important. I have to be able to walk around in whatever
shoes I buy and there has to be some arch support as well as enough of a
sole to absorb shock (like walking around Costco for an hour - can I say Costco?). These are it - them - whatever. And they're lovely - just look at them. The slightly squared toe adds style as well as relief for toes. Suede is a dressy finish and the subtle bow finishes it off. Please get more colors.

I did have to go up half a size, but these
shoes are cute and very comfortable, with more
sole padding than most flats. They're perfect for everyday work-wear, and I've also worn them to dressier occasions. I've had great luck with the
Trotters brand overall.

These are very comofortable all day with the first wearing. They have soft light padding inside.

Finding cute yet comfortable
shoes are always a problem for me because two bone spurs in my heel and these
shoes are perfect. I love them. True fit!

I love this shoe, stylish and comfortable. I wear a wide width and it has been hard to find stylish
shoes that fit well. This shoe looks great and was comfortable from the first time I wore it. I liked it so much that I also purchased it in black. I had never bought this brand before, but I will certainly be looking at their other
shoes.

Comfortable from the moment I put them on. While there is a bit of padding in the bottom, I do wish there was some arch support as well. Probably wouldn't wear them while doing a fair amount of walking for that reason.
