These attractive sandals are an upgrade of the traditional flip-flop. The sole is a sturdy, black, flip-flop rubber material. The sole and straps sport a bright color and glossy sheen. Perfect with neutral capris, for example, they convey a sense of style with little effort. Out of the box they look exactly as expected. I made the mistake, however, of bringing them on a long weekend vacation and taking no other shoes, believing they would be all I'd need. Before I had even boarded the plane, the upper, horizontal band was rubbing and wearing severely into the arch of my right foot. A blister developed, and I could not wear them for the rest of my short vacation. Fortunately, I was able to switch sandals with my daughter (of similar shoe size) for the remainder of the trip, and she had zero problems with them rubbing.

These sandals are the most comfortable sandal ever. I would not hesitate to purchase. They are stylish without being trendy. I continue to get compliments on them, they go with everything. Love them! And, of course, in the event they don't meet your needs, Zappos rocks with returns!

Love these shoes! They are super cute and comfy. I wore them through an airport the first day, and did not have any problems with my feet hurting.

I love these shoes! I could have gone 1/2 size bigger but thought since they are leather that they will stretch with use. Very comfy!
