This is an elegant and comfortable shoe. Looks fabulous with pants for work or otherwise. I ordered it in the wine color first and love it so much I got the black as well. Great fit in the wide width for my 8.5 C foot.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've purchased in years! Especially since having knee surgery, I have had to be careful buying shoes. But I wore these all day, on my feet shopping and having lunch with a friend. I had *no* pain at all at the end of the day, which is so rare these days. These look amazing with a nice pair of slacks, so don't be afraid of the pointy toe, you hardly notice them. I work in a hospital and I find these to be almost more comfortable than my work shoes. So well worth the price!

These shoes do seem to run small, especially in the toe box. The toe box seems very short...not in length, but in height. When I walk, the leather pinches the knuckles of my toes. (Alas, one of those things you cannot really feel when walking around on carpet trying to decide if you want to keep them. I only discovered this when walking on hard surfaces when it was too late to return.) I'm hoping that as the leather relaxes, this will no longer be an issue. Other than that, they seem very comfortable on my feet.
