I ordered these
shoes for my son on Monday. On Tuesday afternoon, I chatted with an online customer service rep to change the size after hearing that they run small. The size/color combo I wanted wasn't available, but I picked the closest replacement. On Tuesday, I was notified that my order had shipped. On Wednesday morning, before 8:00 a.m., my order had arrived. I want to know how Zappos does that?! I live in a fairly rural area so this was just so surprising to me. I don't buy
shoes anywhere else. My son loves these
shoes so everyone's happy. Thanks again, Zappos, you've earned a customer for life.
