These boots rock! Buy them! Before they are all gone! I am a very selective shopper. These boots are great looking, comfortable and are made by a reputable company, Rockport, who has been in the boot and shoe business for many years. When I saw them, I am 52 buy the way, I thought, they look really cool, but do they look militant? I mean I am kinda prissy sometimes, but also an outdoor girl, who likes to hike, ride horses etc. I also love dressing feminine at times, so I did not want men to be scared of me in these boots. I made asked for opinions from friends and Facebook friends and men about the look and all agreed, they look cool, very nice. The only thing I worried about was would there be enough space in the toe area, cause I am not supposed to be wearing shoes that squeeze my toes together,as they cause bunions and have already had surgery on both feet. Moving on, mine arrived in like one day. I was totally surprised when I came home tonight and the box was on my doorstep. I said a little prayer before opening them that they would be comfortable and free of defects. I carefully examined both brown boots and you cannot help but admire the craftsmanship and girl...these are real soft, yummy leather. The kind that ages and as it ages gains character. The other beauty to real leather is it conforms and gives with your foot. Because you have laces, if the footbed is too tight, as was mine for me, I simply loosened the laces, as you do with running/walking shoes and it was fine. The insert, like most these days is cardboard and useless, so I inserted my custom orthotics, from my running shoes, praying they would fit and they did. Yes! Then, it was time for the true test, walking in them. All I can say is they feel great! These boots rock! I am wearing them with my shorts right now and can bend my foot at tight angles under the desk, and because they are real, soft leather, they bend with me. I can smell the leather and it smells like the real deal. The brass accents make them look very nice and the engraving in the leather, yet another special accent to your really good looking boots. These are feminine and yet functional. I like the sturdy rubber tread on these boots, so your foot grips the surface it walks on and prevents you from slipping and twisting your ankle. I am amazed at how many expensive boots, have smooth, slippery walking surfaces. I'm like..."Are you trying to hurt women or what?" I was initially very concerned because there are no reviews for this boot. I went to other sites to read the few reviews available and they were all great. It's a new boot, so it is just getting the attention of customers. My advice, buy 'em. I got the last pair in my size, 5.5 B. I am petite and have little feet, but they border on being wide. Again, very comfy. Remember: Before you buy them, know that you will need custom inserts to support and cushion your foot. If you already have some, fine. You can have them made fairly inexpensively, just shop around. My physical therapist had some and cut them to size for my running shoes and they were not too pricey and so worth it. I do not know why expensive shoes are being made without comfortable footbed, except maybe lots are using custom orthotics. Bravo Rockport, finally a boot that stands apart from the rest and thank you Zappos for always providing the best customer service, it just doesn't get any better. God Bless you and Happy Holidays!

I love these so much. I got them in the Brownie color and they are just about the most perfect boots I've ever had. They are very comfortable, beautiful leather, and they rock. Seriously, boots that rock are very important. They make me feel feminine yet tough and like I could take on the world and kick some a** (can I say that on a Zappos review?). A very important quality in a boot. Lace 'em on and c'mon, make my day. Look good with leggings, jeans, long skirts, short skirts. No break in period and good from the get go right out of the box. Only thing I would have changed is the large round logo on the side of the boot. I don't need that, and I think it brings the look of the boot down -- without the emblem, these would be more classic and classier. If I could take it off, I would. My husband calls them my "Downton Abbey" boots because they look like the ones the maids wear with their suits on their days off. I agree, a cross between a vintage 1910's boot and a combat boot. Love 'em!

These boots are very comfortable. You can wear them all day and do a lot of walking in them. A big plus is that it will be easy to have them re-heeled when the heels get worn down, which is not the case with many women's boots and shoes these days. I don't yet know how waterproof they are. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 in "overall" and "comfort" because at this price I found them to be expensive for what they are, and because the leather isn't what you'd call gorgeous. But I do recommend them if you're looking for this style of boot.

I've purchased this top in green, black, and charcoal, so it's easy to say it's my favourite yoga top, ever! It's comfortable, stays put regardless of the pose, and provides plenty of coverage and support. Fabric is durable and withstands repeated washings and wear without pilling, pulling or fading.

Good fit - not too tight. Higher up than other Prana tops so you can bend over...a little bit. Comfortable. Not for high impact activities.
