These shoes are excellent for martial arts. Very lightweight and also flexible to help in spins and kicks.

These shoes look great and they seem to be holding up well to my eight year old who is pretty hard on shoes, but the single velcro strap does not hold as well as two separate velcro straps. They come undone often and he prefers to wear his other shoes because they stay on his feet. I would not buy these again, but I would consider the similar style with two separate straps.

Son liked the look of shoes but unfortunately shoes seemed a size larger than normal. Personally I thought they were very cheap looking for the price.
