These boots make my husband look like a hunk! I bought them for him when we went to Winnipeg in February and all he did was rave about how warm and comfortable they are. Plus, they're totally hot. What more could you ask? Also, even though these were more than he wanted me to spend on boots, the wisdom of "the lifetime boot" got through to him, and he's a convert.

I bought these for work trip to Michigan in January for their warmth. I didn't expect anything outside of normal wear and tear on the job, but it ended up the job site was under heavier construction than anticipated. They held up very well on the site. They were very warm and comfortable. No complaints I expect these to last for several more years.

After trying on $1700 (really!) worth of boots from Zappos I've finally found my boot. Oddly this was the very last pair left to try, and they fit beautifully and feel great (naturally they are the most expensive boots, by far, in the collection I tried). FYI, I'm replacing my years-old Ecco "Track" boots, which were too narrow in the forefoot, and with which I've suffered for too many snowy seasons. The Sorels fit me great, from front to back. I'm not much for (non-dress) shoes, but these look really good in black.

I love this jacket. I live in No. Ca and it's perfect for our not freezing winters. It's light and does not add all the added bulk that a full down coat would. Who needs any added bulk, really? Is a tad short in the torso, but I have a long-waist. Still a great jacket and I'd buy another if the opportunity came about.

My favorite jacket. Super light weight, not bulky and warm. Love the shape too. A little bit longer in the back, so bending down doesn't reveal, but shorter in front for sporty look. Pockets are good size, to hold all you need.

I feel compelled to let people know that the green is SUPER BRIGHT LIME green. I returned mine instantly to get a black one. But the jacket is awesome and warm. I am 5'5", 115 lbs (normally wear a 2) and got the XS, and it fits perfectly.

A lightweight packable down jacket that I pull out during breaks on winter hikes and to keep warm at the end of hike. It's great to have for hiking and camping as well as for throwing on when doing errands. I've received compliments on the color. I am glad to support Patagonia as the company has a strong environmental stance.

So, what made be teeter on the purchase of this item was how to wear it ... Patagonia jackets generally do fall at the hip and can expose your back side. I ordered a size larger to compensate for this factor and I am happy with my choice. For a fitted look (sweater) - consider your normal size and or smaller size. For use as a jacket - consider your normal size and or larger size This is a great jacket and will will find a way to utilize it.

I bought this for my mom, who admired mine and had to have one. This is a fantastic jacket...perfect for travel. It folds up into its own pocket, looks elegant enough to wear out in the evening, and is just a great all around piece. It fits true to size. I'm a 6-8 and wear a medium. My mom is a 14 and is in an XL.

I ordered the orange and was upset to see that the fabric was so transparent you could see the filling through it, I am planning on returning it right away. The Jacket fits great and its very comfortable, but the blotchy black that shows through makes it look like something is wrong with the fabric.

The Perfect Fall Coat. Its not too heavy and its very warm. Its a staple in my winter/fall wardrobe. I recommend this product to everyone. The only problem is that its a little short. If you are over 5'5 the jacket my be too short for you.

I received my Patagonia Down Sweater in Pearl about a month ago and it was meant to be a Christmas present from my husband. But after trying it on to make sure we got the size right I just couldn't let him wrap it up! I couldn't believe how something so thin and lightweight could keep me so warm. I wear a size 4 and the small fit me perfectly with room to wear a thick shirt or sweater underneath but it is so warm all I've worn are t-shirts or thin tops so far. And yes, the pearl color is sheer so you do see some down inside and it gives it a slight spotty appearance. But I really like it so it didn't bother me a bit. I love this jacket!

I never would've guessed that a size SMALL would fit me. I am an athletically built size 4 to 6... but I have pretty muscular shoulders, so I typically wear a medium or 6 or 8 on top. This is a fitted jacket. Usually I like things on the roomy side... but the size Medium had such long sleeves that when worn at wrist length (which you must do because the wrists are elastic), it caused the whole arm to look bulky and Michelin like. So, surprisingly, I am happy with the size Small and keeping it. (I had two sizes sent). Ordered on Thursday, arrived Friday. Love, love, love Zappos.
