Greatest customer service ever! They sent me the wrong sized gloves so I called them and they said they would send me the correct size right away at no additional cost. They told me to keep the pair I already had and to give them away to someone I know or to Goodwill. They were extremely polite and courteous. Zappos is the way to go! The gloves are so soft too!

The stitching around the index finger starting to pull out after I used the gloves one day. Very sad in the quality of the gloves. I love the style and comfort but the quality isn't there. Don't buy these.
