I've been on the hunt for shoes with the following requirements: work appropriate, flat or small wedge, closed toe, would match basically anything, comfortable for walking (I use public transportation), not too expensive. This price was actually a little higher than I wanted to pay so part of me was hoping that they wouldn't actually be that comfortable so I could return them. But really they're just super comfortable for walking, standing, etc. The small wedge makes me feel a little more dressed up than just a flat but honestly it feels like you're in flats. Also amazing is that these were comfortable right from the start- there was no need to break them in like most shoes. Absolutely zero rubbing. I've worn them every day since I got them. Absolutely worth the price.

I would have kept these shoes if only they did not have that cheap looking patent leather toe cap which squeaked with every step as it painfully rubbed the top of my big toe. Cole Haan, I am ordering a wide. Do not scrimp on the space in the top of the toe box, especially with patent leather that will not stretch! Otherwise, they were comfortable and cute in black for the price. I always must add extra arch support, so it is difficult for me to judge that feature. Try these if you have slightly wide feet, bunions, want low wedges, and have small flat big toes! Thank you, Zappos.

These shoes were a disappointment. The stitching on the top of the shoe is a gosh awful yellow green.Completely ruins the look of the shoe.

After getting a promotion I needed an everyday shoe was not flats and not painful high heels. This wedge is a moderate height and most importantly, extremely comfy. I went a half size up, but it doesn't look too big. Remain comfy during 10 hour shifts and whether I have on stockings or had to rush out the door that day and forget 'em! Started out with black, went back and purchased 4 additional colors.

These have worked out very well. I'd say they're more comfortable than the Baccara ballet after a long day. I have them in purple and the patent cap toe is holding up nicely, no complaints so far! I have wide feet and the normal width is very comfortable, so I think these are cut a little wide.
