I was hesitant to order this Kenneth Cole shoe. I had never seen one in a store and wasn't sure it was going to work. But, with Zappos, they make it so easy! So I figured why not?! I was pleasantly surprised! The shoe is quite cute - cuter than I expected & very stylish for the little man. The sole was moderately flexible - comparable to Stride Rite, not quite as stiff Keens but not nearly as great as the Merrell Barefoot line. It was very easy to get on and off as the velcro opens the shoe up nicely. Older kiddos (3+) should have no problem taking these on and off on their own. Note - these definitely run a half size large, maybe a little more. Ultimately, I returned these as I found another shoe that had a more casual sneaker style but I would consider these again when we gear up for the next size.

After several months of use, these are still looking like new! Excellent shoe quality, I would buy again!
