This was a nice looking shoe. Unfortunately, the 11 N that I ordered was still too wide, which I realized once I wore them. I gave them to my niece who wears a regular size 11 and they fit her perfectly.

This shoe didn't hold its shape and was never really comfortable (come on - it's a loafer!). The rubber heel fell apart within weeks of purchase. Will never by the Bella Vita brand again.
