This bag replaced one that I thought was good quality until the handle broke off in my hand at a critical time. My first trip with this Eagle Creek was fine, and yes the handle appears to be well made.

So what has teken Chaco so long to make up a Z/1 with an open back? I jumped at this one, and it's been great for quotidian use. Serious hiking, big city trails -- I'll go back to my Z/1 yampas, but for just being around -- hey this is a great choice.

Shoe shipped fast and works well. It's a little hard to find the perfect fit with the straps but once you have it right it's a great feel. This sandal slides off easier than other choco's because of the lack of toe strap and back strap.
