I'm traveling to Italy in two weeks and was looking for a cute light-weight jacket I could wear while I was there. I saw this and thought it might work. I really wanted the purple color, but I ordered the blue metallic since purple was out of stock. The jacket is super cute in person, but unfortunately I'll be sending it back. First, I'm short (5' 2") and this was just a little too long on me. Made me look a little like a kid wearing mommy's coat. The sleeves were snug through the shoulder/bicep area for me, but balloon out at the bottom. There are cuffs, but they're very wide and open, so any extra length just fell and covered my hands (adding to the little kid image). All in all, the length wouldn't have been a total deal breaker, but I have a 36C chest and even the large size jacket was too snug and tugging on the buttons despite only wearing a t-shirt underneath (nothing bulky like a sweater). The final peg in the coffin for me was that this jacket is very, very lightweight with no real lining on the inside. I seriously doubt it would block the wind much or
keep me warm on a cool or brisk day. It's designed more for fashion than practical fall/spring weather wearing. It sort of feels like wearing pretty tissue paper. There's no denying it's cute, but I don't think it's quite worth the money if I can't wear it in real world weather. (I also bought the Ivanka Trump Box Pleat Trench Coat for roughly the same price on sale and *that* is a total winner of a jacket! Sleek, sophisticated, slimming and cute, with super soft silky material that has a slight sheen to it. Perfect lining on the inside isn't bulky at all, but will definitely add a little warmth and block the wind. It was roomy enough in the chest and shoulders so if I have a lightweight sweater on I'll still be able to move my arms!)
