I don't usually write reviews but I had to express my love for these boots. I have a narrow calf - 14 in - and I have been looking for a comfortable boot for about two years. Finally found the perfect pair in these boots. The leather is soft and doesn't sag, the footbed very comfortable. I didn't feel the need to break in the leather at all. The inside zipper zips all the way down so the boot is easy to put on and take off. The heel height is great for both a casual look with jeans or leggings or a dressier look. I wear a size 8 medium in all
shoes, including
Uggs, and I fit the size 8 in this boot perfectly.

These boots are beautiful! They do run a bit small. If you wear a winter sock, you will need to order a half size up. If you wear a very thin sock like I do, then you can get away true to size. They also run narrow in the foot and very narrow in the calf. I have a narrow calf and these boots fit like a glove, so if your calf is a tiny bit wide, they won't work for you. The leather is very nice and there is a warm soft winter lining inside the entire boot, which is nice for the cold. I feel that many patent leather boots look "Santa Claus Like" but these do not! They have a really cool side zipper and are sharp looking. Only recommended for thin calves! Love them!

I am a US size 7 but a size 38 (or UK 5) in these boots. I also have a skinny calf...13". They fit beautifully...no gapping in the calf!

Very comfortable boots. The shaft circumfernce runs small which is perfect for me because I have skinny legs.

Super comfortable - could imagine walking in these all day. The color of the brown was a little off - made them look like a less expensive boot to me, even though the leather seemed like good quality. Narrow in the calf - I have pretty skinny legs and they fit perfectly.

These are amazingly attractive boots but the shaft is incredibly narrow - like I couldn't get the zipper past my ankle, and I'm fairly slender!
