First things first: How someone can "Love to run" completely baffles me! I have never been able to understand why people would rather run someplace than either drive a car or ride a motorcycle; I just don't get it. That being said, I am pretty much forced to with the job that I have. Its kind of like being married; sometimes you don't like what you've gotten yourself into, but the only thing you can do is Suck-it-up and drive on. Secondly: Since I have to run, I counted on Zappos to help me out. I am 6'1", 205 pounds and have the running ability of an elephant. When I called Mr. John Becker up and explained to him that I needed a new pair of running shoes
he suggested the Wave Rider 15 and I have to tell you they are awesome! The heel of the shoe wraps around the heel perfectly. The side of the shoe is the perfect width to secure your foot. The toe box is wide and comfortable. The exterior of the shoe is made of this mesh material that allows it to breath so much that when a good stiff breeze
comes along you can feel it in your toes. That being said, I wouldn't run through any puddles if I were you. Overall the shoe is great and even improved my run time by almost
90 seconds. Lastly: I know we've all heard how great and wonderful Zappos is and how great their customer service is blah blah blah! Well for all of you who still care about the service men and women overseas, I have to tell you that Zappos does too! John Becker, if you're listening, you are one heck of an individual and if I could fly home today and shake your hand I would do so with honor. So from all of us here in Afghanistan and all of the other places around the World. Thank You Zappos and thank you John Becker for everything you do to help US out.
