I was looking for a tighter fit jacket, as most snowboarding jackets are too big and baggy for my smaller frame. This Marmot fits me perfectly and keeps me warm since it has its own light layer of insulation. It withstood cold temps and strong winds with gusts of 40-50+ mph (possibly more since the days I was boarding they had to close part of the mountain due to wind). I snow skirt fit well and I never got snow underneath my jacket or in my pants, even falling in fresh powder. The construction is well-done, the material feels good, and the style is sharp. There's only one thing I would ask for: I wish the cuffs at the wrists were partially elastic, so I could pull it over my gloves easily. I can still fit my gloves underneath; I just have to work to get it under.

Overall a very nice sweater. Fits tighter than most, so if you're between a medium and large I would go up to the large unless you like tight fitting sweaters.
