I needed a pair of brown flats to wear at work (retail, so if I'm working, I'm on my feet!), and these shoes are fantastic! I also recently wore them around London, where they were also very comfortable. The only sign of irritation I've had is on the outside of my foot, underneath my ankle bone. There is a seam on the shoe in that place, as you can probably see from the pictures, and it rubbed the skin on my foot to the point of redness only. If I wore them day after day, then I can see the possibility of a blister in that area, but these shoes have not given me any blisters whatsoever, and when I wear them it's for hours at a time, so I'm very happy with these! They are very cute, sturdy and well-made!

Shoes are cute. Had to buy inserts to keep them from rubbing my heal.

Cute and mostly comfy. The other reviews are correct about the sizing and these shoes run a bit big. I normally wear a 9 but after seeing the reviews I purchased these in an 8.5 Initially they felt a little snug but after a couple days of wear, they fit well. No arch support whatever, and there's not much room for insoles, so I'll probably get a gel arch support for these. Pros: very quiet even on squeaky floors! Almost like wearing slippers. Also, so far they are quite durable. I'm notably hard on shoes and after a few days of wear (including attempts to ride a unicycle) there's not even a scuff on these. Cons: no arch support, don't really breathe.

Really cute shoes that are pretty comfortable. They were a little tight in the front, but they have stretched out after wearing once. I am almost always a size 8, but I got a 7.5 due to the other review and they fit fine.

Overall a decent shoe, definitely need to be broken in first. Once they were worn a few times they were good for work, but I would not want to stand in them all day.
