Sadly this shoe seems to be a half size larger than marked. My heels slip out, even though my toes fit quite comfortably. It's a nice looking shoe and I like the slightly retro looking heel. I would order it in a smaller size if the right color were available. The search for comfortable plain black heels continues. Sadly, my go-to brand
Clarks doesn't have anything that quite fits the bill.

I recently purchased to pairs of
shoes from Zappos. Both were
soft style Guiliana
shoes. They are well made and very comfortable. I have a narrow fit so I was so happy that Zappos has narrow
shoes to offer! Unfortunately, my heal is very narrow so I still need to add pads to
keep my
shoes from slipping in the heal but I am pleased with the selection and the fact that overall I can get a good fit. These
shoes are perfect for slacks or skirts! They were delivered very promptly too!

I ordered a narrow and it fit like a medium. I tried everything from insoles to gel ball pads to take up the room, but my foot still slid forward and the heel was too wide.

I purchased two pairs of the
Soft Style Guiliana; one black patent and one navy. I have received complements on both. I needed a low heel - but not flat, as I am of short stature and am tiered of wearing crops and hemming my work pants. This heel is just enough height to allow me to wear off the rack slacks. I wear them approximately 10 hours a day with comfort including arch comfort. In addition, I would like to state that Zappos went out of their way to reship this order, when the original order was misdelivered (not their fault at all). When the original order found its way to my home, I called Zappos immediately. Their customer service department was able to stop the replacement shipment in its tracks. Thank you so much Zappos. Just before placing this review, I ordered another style by
Soft Style - I am a fan.

These are my new favorite work
shoes! And I work as an admin in a hospital so I walk about three miles in a nine hour day. They have just the right size heel, are pretty simple, and they go with pants, leggings, and dresses. They are very comfortable! I think I got the wider size because of the other comments, they were kind of loose, so I got behind the heel inserts, and they feel amazing, no more rubbing! I may buy another pair because I am so picky about my work

I love my new brown pumps. I looked all over and finally found the perfect chocolate brown that I was looking for. I ordered a 9 and they were a bit big so I returned them (free) and got an 8.5. They fit nice. They are comfortable but not for a whole day of teaching. I love the height of the heel. Perfect - not too high and not too flat. Just right.
