These work. I put them in the heels of a pair of
shoes that were slipping, now they fit just right. If you expect to get 6 pairs as you'd think from the name of this item, you will be disappointed. There are 3 pairs as pictured.

I have ordered these more than once. If you have a narrow heel, but not a narrow foot, these are great for getting your
shoes to fit and not have your foot slip.

These things really work! Great if you have one foot that is a half-size or so smaller than the other...The perfect solution to heel slippage. I no longer feel like I am going to walk out of some of my
shoes. The different colors are also nice to help blend in better with the interior heel of the shoe. Yay!

I've been using these for years and find them far superior to drug store varieties. I'm especially thinking about a gel type variety from Dr. Scholl's. They stick too much and seem to make blistering worse. These are firm, but are more natural.

I don't wear heels often. When I do find a pair I like, it's not unusual to either feel pinched in my toes, or be frustrated by my heels slipping up and down in the shoe. A beautiful pair of Cole-Han/
Nike pumps presented just this issue. Although I've only put the pad at the heels, and worn my new
shoes in the house, the
Foot Petals seem to have solved the problem. I'm delighted. I was able to wear a B width, a longer shoe, and have my narrow heel still be comfortable. Be aware that you may not get three colors in your package...mine were all black. Thanks Zappos, for a product I hadn't seen anywhere else.

I wear medium width
shoes, but my heels are narrow, so these Heelz are a godsend. They
keep the back of the shoe from slipping off and I like the different colors. They do make the shoe a tiny bit shorter, so if the shoe is already on the tight side (in the length), putting the Heelz in does make a difference.

These have long been a life-saver for me. Not only are my narrow feet forever slipping out of the heels of
shoes, but I'm also annoyingly prone to blisters. I've tried several different brands of heel pads, and these are by far the best. They don't feel bulky, they stay put, and they're comfortable against the skin. I
keep a bunch of them on hand, as they make pretty much any shoe more wearable for me!

I only received three pairs (six pieces). I called customer service and they are going to mail the correct number. Zappos has great customer service and I love that there is no shipping or returning fee! That is why I shop here.
