I typically wear a 10.5 but bought these at a size 10 since no half size was available. Found they fit snugly but not painfully so. That said, one shoe did rub the back of my heel a bit but not to the point of blistering or lasting irritation (and I wore these for around 5 hours). Still, I would recommend moleskin for the first few wears if you notice the shoes fit you snugly. These shoes would be fine for casual walking but, as other reviewers have noted, they can easily slip off if one isn't careful. I believe it's the combo of the soft upper canvas material with the stiff, thick sole that make them slightly difficult to maneuver in until you get the hang of it (e.g. you'll need to keep your feet a bit stiffer when climbing stairs to keep the shoes from slipping off when you lift your foot). Again, these are great for running errands, going shopping, going to the movies, etc. I wore these with leggings and two-tone knit top with ruching on the sides and got tons of compliments. They are as cute in person as they are in the pictures.

I ordered my actual size of 9 and that is the correct size. Despite that, they do slip off of the heel when you walk, which I assume will stop once they've broken in. But am I the only person who is finding them painful out of the box? They are rubbing against that little bone outside of the big toe - the canvas hits there perfectly! I love them and I'm hoping that once broken in that'll change too!

The shoes are very pretty on my feet. My only issue is that they slip off all the time - they seem to be heavy and don't stay on easily, so I have to shuffle.

I love the shoes; they are so comfortable that once I got them I didn't want to take them off, and that became a problem. I think I wore them down, but it shouldn't have happened. Any who they are cute and comfortable, just don't last long - had I known I probably wouldn't have got them.
