When I tried on this sandal I could hardly get my big toe into the hole (I don't have a large big toe) and the part by my toes is very tight (ouch). Other than that I love it. Don't know if the leather there will stretch out?

Returning these. The description didn't mention that the heel was also velvet, which is not at all practical.

This shoe is fantastic! Each pair (brown and blue) I purchased is remarkable and comfortable and looks good on your feet. I am so happy with my purchase. Annie, please make this style in suede and patent leather and tan - please.

Beautiful shoes, the trim is perfect and the two shades of brown mean the shoes match more outfits. I'm between sizes and normally order up a half size, but these shoes fit perfectly, meaning most people should order up a half. There is no arch support though so wearing them all day at work is tough.
