This shoe is cute but what's even more fabulous is that it's very comfortable. I put them on when they arrived and haven't taken them off. I've been wearing them all day and don't have a single blister which is unheard of on my feet. This is my first pair of AK shoes - very impressed!

Like other reviewers, I think these run a half size large. They will probably still work for me with inserts but if you're on the fence, order down. Good look to the flats. No arch support, as is standard for flats. They look pretty narrow but I have wider feet and they worked for me.

They run a little big but I love the colors. They're pretty comfortable but not so much support (they're flats, I can't really expect much in terms of support).

This is a very cute little work shoe. It's not the most fashion forward thing in the world, but I like its little mans-wear inspired details. (More of this kind of thing please designers.) I don't like my work shoes to look overly feminine. Its also a very soft cushy shoe. The leather is so soft, like velvet almost. So there is no breaking in necessary. They are just so soft, they almost feel like slippers.
