This was shoe was so cute, but I had to send it back as it just did not fit at all. With each step it felt like my heel was about to slide off the shoe and it was too wide even for an M width. The description said it had a foam insole but it didn't feel padded at all.

I love the look of this shoe, but it was just too wide for me. I've had to return about a million pairs of shoes because they don't come in a narrow width, so I have to take a chance and try a medium. In rare cases, that works out; but I'm more often disappointed. I wish there were more choices in the narrow width for the longer foot. That said, Zappos is my favorite shoe site because they enable me to try so many options, due to the free shipping and returns. So, "Yay, Zappos!" (I tell all my friends about you!)

I loved the shoe! Found it to be so cute but Zappos did not have my size 9.5 so I ordered the 10 which I usually can wear but the 10 was just too big and too wide. I am so disappointed, this shoe is so good looking. I hate to have to return it.
