Love this shoe! It was wide enough for my 6 WW foot. Wish this company would offer their shoes in double wide widths. Most of the wides in this brand are too narrow for my feet. I really need a WW. This shoe worked and I love the style of it! Also, I love Zappos!! Because of my special shoe size needs, I CANNOT find shoes in department stores or even specialty shoe stores. Zappos is a lifesaver!

I love this shoe! I bought it in three different colors. I need wide width shoes, so I was so glad to find a beautiful shoe in a wide. I ordered the Steel color first, in a 7W. When it arrived it was so comfortable, but it was too wide; my feet just slid out. So I then ordered the black in a 7M. That color wasn't wide enough. It appears that the Steel color shoe is wider than the Sand or the Black. It's not a big problem, considering how easy Zappos makes their return process. Now, although it took me many returns and reorders, I have these great shoes to take me through the summer in comfort and style.

This is a sexy comfortable shoe. The color was perfect; the Cognac is not as deep nor orange as the photo. It blended beautifully with my skintone for a nice neutral look. It looks great with pants or a dress. I am a narrow width however it was not narrow enough for me. My foot slidies out of the front of the shoes. I added a half pad which helped but not enough to keep them. On rare occassions I wear a AAA shoe and that width is not available for this shoe. This is my first time trying Sofft shoes and they may run too wide for me. I really regret sending them back. I do recommend them particularly at the sale price.

I just wore these today for the first time. They are very comfortable for new shoes, especially tall ones. I love the steel color. They look expensive. Sometimes I wear a wide but these were fine in regular width.

Another great Sofft fit. Wide enough for my feet, flexible for comfort, and sturdy heel for stability. Received them in less than 24 hours after placing my hour. Thank you Zappos!

These boots will not fit your calves if you have any muscle whatsoever! My calves are 14.5 inches at largest diameter and I could not zip them up, so make sure you measure before you order. They are nice looking but they have to go back. And I usually wear a size 7 and I ordered a 6.5W as others suggested which fit fine on my foot. I am having the hardest time finding a quality boot that zips and fits my muscular calves. I guess they think we all walk around with chicken legs?

Wow, after purchasing this boot I'm sold on Timberland. Ashamed to admit I've bought 5 additional pairs in the past month. Love this boot. According to other reviews I almost bought an 8.5 (a 1/2 size up for me) but I'm glad I didn't. I have average width feet, but broke a foot many yrs. ago and after several hours of wearing these boots that foot is a little sore which must mean it's (my foot) a tad wider than the other and the boots kind of "hug" your feet. I believe they will stretch with time, if not I will attempt to do it myself. Loved this boot so much I bought the brown and the black. Both are somewhat matte and rugged looking, but the style provides the ability to dress them up or down. I can't believe the support of the sole of the boot. I have high arches and I put these on the first day and walked for hours. LOVE, LOVE! Just be sure to order wide unless you have a narrow-average foot.

hese boots just arrived at lightening speed thanks to Zappos. After reading all the helpful customer reviews, I ordered the black in 9.5 (my regular shoe size) and the brown in 9. What people say here is true--the toe box is at least a half size long. That said, though, the regular (B) is narrow, perfect for my very narrow foot. The 9 fits like a glove, with a medium weight sock, but I did have to shoe horn my feet in due to the high instep. I expect that it will soon get much easier, as the leather, which is gorgeous, almost immediately starts conforming to your foot. The black was not available in 9; I'm on the fence and may keep it in 9.5, to wear with two pairs of socks then winter hits full force. The foot ankle portion of the boot is narrow and a close fit; the calf was big on me (13" calves); but the boot is such high quality that I'll live with it. The boot has a "biker" look but is streamlined and still feminine looking. Fantastic arch support, wonderful lug-soles, I can tell that I will walk my dogs in these all winter in the snow! Finally, after buying many pairs of boots from Zappos and sending back some, I can say that you do get what you pay for. These boots are a great price for such comfort and quality.

Great boot; runs 1/2 size larger (I typically take a 7M, ordered to 6.5W and it fits great). I love the look, the feel and the fact that it's waterproof is great (these boots compete with my Frye boots which cost twice as much, so you do the math).

My wife really love these boots. It's waterproof and they look sharp. Good leather quality too!
