I didn't know anything about Zappos, but needed to replace my worn out
shoes before traveling to Germany. I was in NC visiting my son, and found the best price, with free shipping, online at Zappos. I ordered, received email confirmation, and later the same day was notified that the shipment went out. I planned to call my wife in OH and tell her to
keep an eye out for the shipment, but the next day, she had emailed me saying a package with
shoes from Zappos arrived! I'm not sure how they did it all in one day, but it's the best service I've ever seen. I've since learned a bit about the company. It's way past time businesses operated according to these principles. I hope it's contagious.
