LOVE these shoes!! I ordered the wrong size the first time but it was so easy to return and exchange for the correct size! I am so very happy with my new shoes and also with the wonderful customer service!! I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!

I am typically a size 7 1/2 Wide; majority of the time can do a boot in 8M and it fits fine in width and calf. Ordered in 8M the foot fit fine (was not tight with my wide foot); however, could not get these over my calf. Make sure you measure 14-1/2" calf circumference. Wish there was stretch. So disappointed because I love these boots. The leather is soft and they are just gorgeous (looks like it costs twice as much) and believe it or not a neutral, not over the top gaudy snake skin. You will get noticed but it will be out of envy.
